My child scored about 300 points higher the 2nd time he took the SAT. He took one in March and the next one in May of the same year, only two months apart. If a school gives the option of score choice and he only needs to send one score, is there any advantage of sending both his scores? To show improvement? Or that he worked hard between tests? He went from a 1750 to 2050 and went up about 100 points in each section the 2nd time. Or will his lower score the first time reflect or can reflect something negative?

In my opinion, send both. I think it would a good show of improvement and how hard he worked within that two month time frame. I don’t see how they would negatively effect him, i think it would be an enhancement.
