Hi, I have an off-site interview coming up with a Kellogg alum. Since Kellogg is my top choice, I'd like to do well on the interview. I'm thinking they'll be asking me questions about my resume, why Kellogg is the right school for me, what I have to contribute, community involvement, leadership skills and such. I'm also thinking that the main purpose of the interview is to figure out whether I'm a good "fit" for the culture at Kellogg, which I think I am, because I like to work in teams and to do independent things. At any rate, if you have any tips for me, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S. Does anyone know if the interviewer comes up with his/her own questions or does Kellogg provide its own list of questions? If Kellogg does provide the questions, are the questions the same for every applicant or are they customized somewhat based on the application?
