Hello! I'm currently a sophomore, I'm about to start my 2nd year towards a B.Arch degree. I'm considering changing degree programs from the 5 to 4 year program, but my school is not too known for its 4 year program, so I feel like it is a bit risky (even though 4 and 5 year programs essentially have the same classes, w/the exception of studio). Do grad schools consider what undergrad school you've been to as well as the standard GPA and transcript requirements?

My main reasons: I would like a "broader" degree with more career options, esp. in this economy, and also because I want to pursue an M.Arch (would getting a B.Arch and M.Arch be redundant?)

I was wondering if this would be a wise choice. Thank you for any advice!
