Advice: Cornell to UCLA

I am a Latina looking to transfer to UCLA. I currently attend Cornell and am going here because of a "full" tuition scholarship program. I realize that Cornell is not the place for me. I am looking to transfer to UCLA for my junior year. If not, I am even thinking of USC. I would like to know if I have a good chance of transferring. I already know that OOST are very low for UCLA. I am not sure if being Latina and transferring from an Ivy League will give me an advantage. I would like to hear from UCLA OOST students who got admitted, preferably.

P.S. Money is not a big factor since I have Gates and one other scholarship. I just want to be somewhere I feel comfortable and thrive.

For transfer students, it really depends on which major your are transfering into. Take Buisness Eco. at UCLA as an example, you need to have a 3.9 transfer GPA to get into that major. Let me know which major you will be tranfer to and I can let you know the GPA requirement. Good Luck.
