Advice for a Junior please! + Chances

So my high school experience hasn't been perfect unlike many here on CC, my GPA is my weakest thing on my application, and it has a bad dip sophomore year, which I do end up raising my junior year!
I need to know if the schools I'm interested in are worth applying to because honestly, I want to be realistic for college. And I'd love college suggestions if you think a place might be a better fit for me!

Female
Intended Major: double in English and History? Or PolySci? (Pre-law)
UW: 3.74ish W: 4.35
Rank: 30ish/760
SAT: only taken once, 2270
will take ACT in two weeks, so that might be better than my SAT!
SAT II: US History - 710, Bio -740, Eng-750
AP Exams: World History 5, US History 5, Human Geography 4...still waiting on 4 more test results from this year
Race: White (Middle Eastern, but I know it doesn't count for anything :p)
School: Good public high school

Extracurriculars: (strength)
Editor in Chief and founder of high school lit mag (2 years)
editor in chief and founder of district wide lit mag (2 years)
Editor on newspaper staff (3 years)
Lead Attorney on mock trial (2 years) (won 1st at county, 4th at state and other titles)
Vice President and public relations head Riley Dance Marathon (4 years)
Student Council food drive chair & publicity chair (4 years)
Law&Gov't Acadmey (at my school, its a track of classes and internships) (4 years)
Varsity dance team (3 years, won 4 national titles)
Elite competitive dance troupe (4 years, won other smaller titles)

Awards:
a couple basic school-wide/district-wide ones, honorable mentions in scholastic art and writing, published in a couple national teen lit mags (TeenInk, etc) but nothing too big

Extra:
Spent my summers interning at ACLU, a local law firm, and taking community college courses, started an outreach program where I've organized free dance clinics for the less fortunate schools downtown?

Basically, I know my GPA will probably hurt me the most, I've gotten a lot of Bs throughout high school, but if it helps, I've always taken the toughest course load possible
I also did have a medical withdrawal from one of my classes which I ended up retaking and completing with an A - my counselor said we could address this on my application with a doctor or counselor note? I have a couple of stomach problems that affected my attendance junior year :/

Schools I'm Looking at:
U of Michigan
U of North Carolina
UCLA
Tufts
U of Virginia
Reaches, but also maybe Dartmouth, Cornell, and Vandy? I have no idea!

I would love a good liberal arts school too, nothing smaller than 2000 people, but if you guys again have any suggestions or advice please let me know! This whole process if just overwhelming and I need some genuine advice!

Isn’t this a repost? The next ACT is in 5 days not 2 weeks.

Oh shoot! I meant one week, not two sorry!

And this isn’t a repost! This is my first chance thread!

Your GPA is slightly lower than average for these schools, however, your wGPA may indicate the rigorous of your course load that may help. Your SAT score is above average for the schools on the main list. So you should be a match to high match for these schools. As for the Ivies, they would be a low reach for Cornell and reach for others.
The overall balance of your school list is very reasonable (even including a couple Ivies), but you may want to add a safety.

Thanks so much! And yeah, my safeties are Indiana University and Purdue (in-state public colleges), I just didn’t feel the need to list them as I’m not too concerned about my chances there!
Any other opinions or other college suggestions?

Bump…anyone else?

UIUC is not far away.

U of Michigan: Match
U of North Carolina: Match
UCLA: Match
Tufts: High Match
U of Virginia: Low Reach/High Match
Cornell: Low Reach
Darmouth: Reach

Mind chancing back?

U of Michigan: match
U of North Carolina: match
UCLA: match
Tufts: match
U of Virginia: this all depends on how many instate kids they get so more of a reach than an match
Dartmouth: reach but there’s potential if you ED
Cornell: high reach
Vandy: match
