Advice for an Elite School Transfer

Hi Everybody!
I’m a currently a freshman in a college outside the US. However I’m a US Permanent Resident and will be considered in the domestic pool. I’ve applied to transfer to the following schools:
Duke, Stanford, MIT UChicago, UPenn, Cornell, Columbia, Northwestern and UMich-Ann Arbor.
I’ve already been accepted to UMich and I’m waiting for the rest. All of them will release decisions in early to mid-May, but I’m not going to have too much time to make a decision/ visit schools because my family will be moving(My dad already lives in the US).
I know that this is pure speculation, and I’d be incredibly fortunate to be accepted at any one of these universities, let alone multiple, especially as a transfer, but it’d be wonderful if you guys could help me sort of, organize these universities in order of how well they fit my goals.(I’m not chasing prestige)
I’m broadly interested in Computer Science/ Comp Engineering, Economics, and Renewable Energy. Also, I’m looking for small class-size and personal attention for undergrads. Also, I’m very keen on doing research as an undergrad, so undergraduate research opportunities is a priority.
Thanks a lot!
