What do I do with my fee waiver?
I am just so confused.
Do I just pay the application fee first and then send in my waiver?
Do I have to send in the fee waiver before I submit my application?
What if it takes too long to get to the school and I can't apply early action anymore?
Someone please help me :(

<p>OP, I’m not sure of your exact situation, but when I applied I sent in the app fee and then asked for a refund. There was no problem.</p>
