advice for hours placement!! (community service)

<p>ok community service has been an integral part of my high school life and i have even be honored for a few of them via certificates and awards.</p>

<p>Through the last 3 and a half years i ahve gathered approximately 1200-1500 hours of community service.</p>

<p>However, i dont know how/where to put them in my application. My essays are done and i dont think they are the perfect place. I mean i dont want to brag about it as service is something i actually wanted to do always and saying something like 'i have done 1200 hours of service' will seem ostentatious.</p>

<p>I am making a cv/resume of all my extra curriculars so thought about putting it there. Is it the BEST place?</p>

<p>Also is it necessary to put down the hours?</p>

<p>Yeah, thats where I am putting mine. You could definitely put down the hours, I would suggest it!</p>

<p>one sec so waylayer u too agree with the resume right? how many hours do u have? is 1200-1500 even good? i know in my schol it is but not sure the global stats.</p>

1200-1500 hours is incredible! In my school, the most hours thus far for a rising senior is about 1000 tops.</p>
