Hi guys,
Well I'm a rising senior and I'll be taking both AP Chem and AP Bio next year (I don't know what I was thinking) and I'm a bit worried about the classes such as the tests and the actual AP Exam. Any advice on what I should prepare for or should expect in the classes and the AP Exam in May?

I took AP Bio this year. (I’m also a rising senior). It wasn’t that hard, it was just a lot of concepts. Make sure you have an efficient note taking system, that you won’t lose anything. I used a notebook and kept everything there. Simple. Don’t throw anything away, because AP Sciences are a bit harder.

How are the labs? Are they difficult to accomplish or understand?

Make sure you’re a fast reader for AP Bio (although they’re changing AP chem to same format, so that too…). You’ll get ridiculously long passages to answer one question for AP bio. It frustrated the hell out of me. More importantly, practice analyzing graphs and charts. Almost 75% of the MC questions had to do with these. AP chem MC will too next year, like I said, due to revised exam. I got a 4 on both this year :/. Good luck.
