I’ve been prepping with Barron’s (800 on diagnostic test, consistent 730-740 on model tests) and Dr. Chung’s (i give myself 55 minutes, average score about 730 but highest 780). I have seen a ton of varying opinions about whether Barrons and Chung’s help you on the real thing. What range of scores is reasonable to expect if I took the SAT math II test right now? (I’m taking it in June) Also today I took an actual, recently administered math II test and got an 800, and I wanted people’s opinions on its difficulty/accuracy relative to the real test (you can find it at www . crack sat . net / sat2 /math / (remove the spaces, it’s censored for some reason) under the second header, titled SAT subject math level 2 practice test from official study guide). If anyone could help that would be great!!!
Also if anyone has any advice on answering the questions like “if a plane intersects a cube which of the following could it make I. a square II. a triangle III. a parallelogram” that would be great, i have so much trouble visualizing it and i always get it wrong on barron’s!! D:
@codingbat Based on your studying, you should be able to get an 800. After using books from Barron’s and the College Board, I took the test on June 3rd, and I am very confident with my performance.
