Advice for what to do during a gap year

I will be graduating in June, and will be spending half a year preparing for
application.

I got quite good grade, GPA of about 3.8 unweighted (4.1 if A+ is calculated as 4.3), and predicted about 41 or above for IB.

My SAT I is really bad, about 1930 (messed up CR), but SAT II was not bad. I scored 760 (Chem), 750 (Math), and 710 (Phy). I will be retaking SAT I.

Problem is, I did very little activities is because I skipped a year, and also the school did not offer much (no clubs established until grade 11, activities were short term ones like beach clean up). I did participate in competitions, and had some success like a gold in UKMC.

I want some advice on what I can do. (I will be going to either Vietnam or Korea)

When I apply for universities, I need to apply for a top university (Ivy League+, top CC universities), because to apply for a scholarship in Korea, I need admissions from these universities. (my family is not rich, so unless I can get some aid, I can't go to US)

hey palconx5.....even i think i'm gonna be landing myself into this same situation....i would recommend doin some social service, volunteer work, internship, etc......U can also get your credits up.....
