Advice from people who got 2200+....

I haven't taken the Sat yet but im taking the psat in october....I was just seeing if i can get some extra advice from people who did well on the Sats.....I want to know what books u read/used or what courses you took.....or something that helped u a lot in general for the sat....I guess any advice that would help me out.......and you can also put the college u got into if you want lol!

In my opinion, math was a no brainer, because I am generally a math and science person. No studying was required to get 800. I found the writing section to be easy to improve on with many many many (did I already say many?) practice questions. During my sophomore summer year, I took about 35 practice tests (1 practice test per day for 6 days a week for 4 weeks.) My reading score did not improve as easily, however. I am still struggling with the verbal section and essay section of writing.

look at the stickies… they have loads of information…

The only advice you’ll get from 2200+ scorers is to look at the sticky.
