Hey guys, so far I've taken the October SAT and the PSAT. I got 2010 and 200 respectively. My subscores were 700 math, 670 reading, and 640 writing while my PSAT was 71 reading, 65 math, and 64 writing. How do I improve each section so that I miss less questions (especially for math, I know the material but sometimes the format of the question makes me miss the question or I make a stupid mistake). Thanks

My DD got 189 for PSAT in sophomore. We signed her up for classes last Summer and I checked out all available SAT sample test books from library for her to practice once every 1 to 2 weeks. She’s gone through Kaplan, Barrons, Princeton Review, Peterson Guide, and other ones. Her practice exam score went up from 1950 to over 2300 within 6 months. I initially set a goal of 2300 for her while she thought it was impossible. Now she thinks it is achievable. We’ll see how she did in her first real SAT exam this month next week.
