Advice needed for a Unique (3-Year UG) Situation

Hey, I just completed my first year of university at Jacobs University Bremen, and am looking to apply to Law School in the USA. Jacobs is a 3 years university although we complete the four year curriculum in that time. I'm wondering a few things:

1) When should I take my LSAT? Given that I graduate in June 2014, when would it be best to take my LSAT?

1a) There's an LSAT every February, and I only have time to take a course in the January directly before, does Kaplan offer a course at that time because I can't find any information about it.

2) When should I begin applying, and how will it look if my transcripts only show something like my first two years?

3) I'm a German citizen, is it even possible/worth studying law in the US?

thanks for the help, haven't been able to get a clear answer on any of the above till hopefully now.

Please help me someone, I’d really appreciate it :)

Why on earth would you want to come to the US and go to law school?

I think studying law in a common law country would be interesting, and with the grades I have could get into an Ivy league so why not?

Why wouldn’t I want to come to the US to study law?
