advice on classes

i'm a business major and i need to fulfill the biology liberal arts requirement. has anyone on here taken anthropology 1001 or biology 1001? the reviews for anthro on rate my professor look pretty bad, but i guess i just assumed anthro would be easier than a general biology class, especially when my strong subjects are history and english. i have a really full workload next semester (19 credits) so i really just need an easy bio requirement class that i can get an A in and not stress too much about. any advice?

edit: i can't take biology of the global garden, it doesn't fit with my schedule.

I took BIO 1001 this semester w/ prof. Craig Packer. Our final was this past Friday. The subject matter in the course was hard. I wasn’t expecting a general bio class for non-science majors to be very in depth, but it was. There’s a LOT of material you need to keep straight and if you get behind, you’re down **** creek without a paddle.
