Hello,
I just finished my freshman year at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. My first semester was rough and I applied to a couple schools to transfer to over christmas break. Second semester, however, was much better and now I am not sure what to do because there are still things I do not like about the school, but it's hard to just leave all the friends I made this year behind. So I thought I would post my pros and cons list of my three schools and ask for advice. I know ultimately I am the one who has to make the decision but I would like to hear what others have to say.

Notre Dame
Pros:
prestigious
beautiful campus
great network of alumni
Cons:
will not be able to major in what I have been planning on - Computer Science - since I applied to the college of Arts and Letters. But I will be able to major in math. Just feeling a little limited in major possibilities.

St. Olaf (brother goes here so some of this is based on what he has told me)
Pros:
better ranking than St. Thomas
tons of activities on campus
cheaper for me to attend than St. Thomas
I will be able to continue dancing which was a major passion of mine in high school
Cons:
Not able to find much information on their computer science department

St. Thomas
Pros:
already have friends on campus
already on the right track for a computer science major
already have an apartment (which I will have to find someone else to rent if I end up transferring)
Cons:
Not sure of the quality of some classes
SO EXPENSIVE and hard to find a job
small physical campus size/ sometimes referred to as a commuter school

Any advice on any of these schools/ transferring in general would be GREATLY appreciated!
