I'm applying as a transfer student to Merrimack College in Massachusetts. For transfer applicants they are rolling admission, and I'm trying to decide when I should send my transcripts in. I had originally started off at one school, but my family encountered financial difficulty and I had to withdraw after the add/drop period (and thus got all Ws). I then transferred to my present school and did the same thing the first semester there because we ended up losing our house to foreclosure and having to move out and it was a really stressful time period (I know this was a huge mistake and if I had to do it over again I would've stuck with it, but what's done is done). Anyways, I returned to the second school last fall and got straight A's, so my current GPA is a 4.0, but I'm on Academic Probation because my current school has a policy that you have to complete and pass at least 2/3 of the classes attempted at the school. As such, I'll be off Academic Probation at the end of this semester since I'll have 2 semesters of successfully completed classes to outweigh the one where I dropped all my classes. So basically my options are to either: (a) send in a transcript now and risk scaring them off with it saying "Academic Probation" (though I explained the circumstances in my Common App) alongside the mid-year grade report, then send the final transcript in 3 weeks; (b) send in a transcript now, forget about the mid-year grade report and then send in the final transcript in three weeks; or, (c) wait 3 weeks and JUST send in the final transcript. I'm leaning toward the last option because it avoids having to send in a transcript that says I'm currently on Academic Probation as well as saving the hassle of the mid-year grade report. On the other hand, I don't want to miss out by waiting too late to apply. Any suggestions?

FYI, the only thing I've already sent in (other than filling out FAFSA) is my SAT scores (670 Reading/750 Math/660 Writing). I'm applying as an accounting major and the classes I've taken/am taking are business classes (accounting/intro to business/marketing/business law I/microeconomics) and a few of my current school's core requirements (finite math/sociology/public speaking/world history/computer skills requirement).
