Advice!

<p>This is from a book - The Naked Roommate.
Its really very nice, so I thought id share it.</p>

<p>"Relax. Have fun. Enjoy it all. Your job is simple: be your best, meet lots of people, make new friends, make smart decisions, possibly find a career, possibly find love, and take risk after risk after risk so that you can figure out what you love and what you don't love. If you do this, you'll leave college with more than a degree. You'll leave knowing what it takes for you to be happy."</p>

<p>yeah I was considering getting that book... if you have the book have you found it worthwhile? ...I might get it as a graduation present for others or just for my own uses</p>

<p>I gave it to a friend as a present and she really enjoyed it.</p>

<p>This book was fabulous! I devoured it in like two days. I laughed a lot, but mostly, it just made me even more excited about leaving for college in August. I highly recommend it. </p>

<p>The only downside (in my opinion) was the fact that there was only one quote from someone who attends my college. This student advised not to eat the fruit that floats in the punch bowl at frat parties because it's soaked in alcohol (umm... duh).</p>

<p>Yeah I think I might get this book but are there any others that people recommend?</p>

<p>The College humor guide to college- Very funny-but dont take everything seriously-but there are some very good tips.</p>

<p>How to surivive your freshman year- Its a green book, its really good, about 1000 diffrent tips on everyhting from all diffrent college kids.</p>

<p>I hope they serve beer in hell- Tucker Max. Tuckermax.com I love him and the book. SOOOO funny.</p>

<p>Chicken Soul for the College Soul was recommended to me too.</p>
