Advice?

So, my friend got the following SAT scores in November '07: 540 CR, 640 M, and 660 W. He studied a lot, did the entire blue book, and retook in October and got: 680 CR, 680 M, 680 W.

His subject tests are: 700 Math 1, 770 Biology, and 670 Chem, and he's aiming for places like Brown, Tufts, BC, etc.

Do you guys think that taking the SAT a third time would be beneficial? Do you think he could improve dramatically there? Or should he take Math 2 and retake Chem to strengthen his app? (he's taken math thru precalculus and is in AP calculus now, so that's why I mentioned doing math2)

Thanks!

Ugh, people post these topics like we're supposed to know what the person is like. How the heck would I know if he would improve dramatically? If he studied then yes he will, if he didn't then no he won't.

Well, I mean, in general, is a dramatic improvement in month plausible?

Yes,if he studies 2-3 hours a day
