AE bachelors, EE masters??

I have an undergrad degree in aerospace engineering and for the past few years have been working in an electrical/systems engineering position within the aerospace/flight testing industry. I'm thinking about going for a masters in electrical engineering but now sure how possible this is.

I have a lot of hands on experience but definitely lacking in EE theory (all I took in undergrad was one intro course, ECT.) my undergrad grades were so-so, I have very good test (GRE) results and will be able to get very good recommendations. I'm planning on taking some masters level EE courses before applying to grad school but will only have time for a few.

Thoughts on how possible/ difficult this is? Anyone done something similar? Thanks!

I assume you have picked a college. Call their engineering dept, and ask what classes you will need to take. Some might be undergrad to give you a foundation into the grad level classes.

Or, see what classes are required for the Masters, and find out the pre-req for those classes.

I do not have a school picked out yet. I am in the processes of looking at schools and putting together my “list”. Once I have it narrowed down, I will start calling schools and looking for specifics, but in the meantime I’m still looking for general advice or stories from anyone who’s done something similar.
