If you want to do straight finance, you should apply to AEM. You will take basic business courses and then concentrate in Finance (course requirements here: http://dyson.cornell.edu/undergraduate/degree-requirements/concentrations)
I was an AEM major and liked that you were required to sample all the concentrations and take some classes outside of just your concentration, but the upper level electives are very relevant and practical.
