Is anyone familiar with the new Aerospace Program at University of South Carolina? We would love additional information on this program, as from what we understand its a new program that is not quite ABET yet.

Looking to understand how many students are in the program and is a fully developed program? Internships/research?

When will it be ABET certified?

More airplane focused vs rockets/space?

We’ve picked through the website, and have contact 2 people via their website, with very little information being shared. S is accepted there, and we’re planning a visit and would like to understand more about the program.

Did you get any information yet that you would not mind sharing about USC aerospace engineering program? My D was accepted for fall 2020.

Also looking for more information as my son has been offered a pace in that program as well. Would love to learn more and will share what I discover too
