Hi,

I am very interested in pursuing MS in Aerospace Engineering in the US but have read that it is near impossible for non-US citizens to find employment in the aerospace sector.
Can anyone tell me if this is true or not ?

I wouldn’t say it’s near impossible, as a good amount of aerospace jobs are commercial. It does severely limit your options, however.

Do you plan on pursuing a Ph.D. after your M.S.? This will make your non-citizen status near negligible.

Yep, I am keen on a Ph.D. but at the same time I want some semblance of assurance that I can repay the hefty bank loan that I would have to take for my graduate studies.
