WashU is desperately trying to get off the list of least-diverse colleges, so I think you have a strong chance there—as long as you let them know that they are a top choice. Demonstrate your interest there. They are heavy into yield-protection.
Northeastern = safety/low-match.
One question: Are you applying for financial aid? A full-pay, first-gen, URM with your excellent stats will be heavily sought-after. Are you applying anywhere else? Yale? Chigaco? Northwestern? Emory? Cornell? Also, what’s your intended major?
