Just curious if anyone got accepted/rejected based a bit on age? For example i'm 25 and i'm applying as a sophmore transfer. Think this will hurt/help my chances... or does it really not matter?

I'm leaning towards doesn't matter, but just curious.

If anything it helps. You're a non-traditional student. You bring diversity by way of age to the student body.

It really depends on the policy of the school. However, I can say you would NOT be rejected because you're 25. All schools accept any person of any age, even 80! However, some schools have special policies that may force you to attend a college in the University that you may not prefer. This is because they are designed for older students. Generally that college is a School of General Studies, School of Continuing Education, etc.
