<p>It's probably to your advantage. No matter how bad or awkward, people almost always look back fondly on their "first". LOL</p>

<p>Definitely good. The first couple times I did it, I was really impressed with how amazing the kids were and gave them high marks. But as time went along, I realized that a lot of kids are pretty amazing and now only give high marks to the really exceptional people.</p>

<p>I thought it was 12/1 originally. Maybe he's looking at an old email and they changed it? The whole thing is weird. It shouldn't vary from interviewee to interviewee.</p>
