I submitted my transcription and application to UF and Virginia Tech before the deadline. I even had my guidance counselor send my SAT scores with my transcript before hand. After applying online to the school on the 16 - I received an email saying they received my applicaiton and they require scores sent directly from College board? What should i do? Rush report them? No clue - need advice- will they totally not look at my application?

I would send them through Collegeboard asap. There is an option for a "2 day rush" that is more expensive, but obviously the best course of action for you now. From my friends experience it seems like a day or two late has not been life or death...but I wouldn't push it.

Call and ask if they will accept a rushed score report. You should have known that all colleges only accept official reports sent directly from college board, and whoever administers the ACT. Weird, your GC should've known this too.
