Taking the ACT in Sept. It's probably going to be my last one I take (Senior) I want to get a 34+. I have Princeton's Review and Mcgraw Hill review books. I read on another thread that the Grubers Act guide is a great book. Should I get that book? Does buying a whole bunch of review books help, in your opinion? To me it really doesn't seem like doing so would significantly help my score go up... But, I'm willing to do anything to get a 34+ so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Buying a whole bunch of books you will not use is a waste of money. Buying a whole bunch of books you will study, carefully learn from, and utilize is an investment I recommend.

I have never heard of Grubers. I dislike Princeton Review, depend on McGraw Hill, and recommend the official ACT study guide. Why do you feel you won’t be able to improve your score? In fact, what did you score before, if you don’t mind me asking? (Before you ask, I scored a 35 on the ACT)

As for other advice: eat well, sleep well, don’t stress too much. I don’t really know what kind of advice you’d like.
