<p>Alabama - Tuscaloosa has a Computer Based Honors program. In the past few years, Alabama has made a big push to expand its STEM programs, and should start moving up in the rankings. They also have automatic merit scholarships, up to full tuition, if you have the grades/test scores.</p>
