Alexandre- architecture at michigan?

hi alexandre. since you know everything there is to know about...well everything, i wanted to ask you how the architecture program is at michigan. i was accepted LSA with a 1450 SAT, 750+ SAT II's 3.92 or something micigan GPA. Im an international applicant.
Well? Is it good?

While you are waiting for Alexandre to answer your question, I will chime in that my spouse is a graduate. He feels that it is a very technical program--students emerge with really strong skills. He personally would have liked a little more on the design and aesthetic/artistic side of things, but that was simply his preference.

Jiminy, I am afraid that I cannot offer you much insight on the college of Architecture. I am not very familiar with the field. Hoedown has more exposure because her husband is an alum and an Architect.

I know that the college of Architecture is housed in its own facilty in North Campus (where Engineering and Music are also housed). I also know that Michigan has a top 10 program (top 5 at the undergraduate level).

Note that Columbia, Harvard and Yale do not offer Architecture to undergrads.

I also understand that Michigan may be building a new edifice to house the school of Architecture, but I am not sure.

At any rate, you can receive a great education at Michigan and the campus and town around the school of Architecture are simply excellent.
