All Classes got dropped for no reason, advice?!!

<p>Hey guys, I'm asking for my friend. He did paid the tuition before/on January 4th. However, today on the UT Direst "Course Schedule," it said "Our records indicate that you are not registered for the selected semester." But he did registered for his classes, and paid the tuition. First day of class is Monday, and he has add/drop period Monday-Thursday. He emailed the academic advisor, and is meeting with them on Monday. </p>

<p>Do ya'll got any advices?? :(</p>

<p>I’d tell him to check out his “What I Owe” page to be completely sure that his tuition was paid.</p>

<p>Other than that, his academic adviser and the registrar are the only people that can help him.</p>
