all forms by nov 1?

<p>for schools like U of Michigan, does it mean that they have to RECEIVE everything by nov 1? or does it mean that i have to send them out before nov 1? its confusing, cuz i dont even know how long it will take for mails to arrive in US from china.</p>

<p>Usually it's postmarked by November 1. I'm not sure how long it takes for mail to travel from China to the US...</p>

<p>Also, think about sending it in overnight mail, return receipt, if you have that option.</p>
