It'll be my first time taking it, and I'm really hoping to get a 33+.
I'll probably take it again in February even if I get a 34, since I have two more new, unused books.

I just pray that the science section doesn't kill me, and I don't get caught reading too slow on the reading section.

Good luck everyone!

P.S.~ I'm a sophomore who recently got his PSAT scores back. I got a 210 - does anyone know what that converts to ACT-wise?

Hey! I just took the PSAT as well, haven’t got my scores back though (hoping for 220+). I’m a Junior, and this is my first time taking the ACT as well. I’m really hoping for a 35 as that is what my scores on the practices indicate I will get but I need to practice a lot today so I can improve my English and Reading. AH! Super freaked out lol

I felt pretty good about the ACT today…
then came the science.

I’m currently in bio and chem at school, and we haven’t really covered any of the questions in the test… So… I’m praying that the curve for the science section is incredibly generous.

I know. I nailed the English and Math. Last time I took it, I didn’t know how to do a couple math questions and got a 33. This time, I knew and got an answer for all of them, so hopefully it’ll be a 35. Reading was a little rushed, and Science killed that good feeling I had :(

But, yeah… 32-33 overall would be very nice. xD

English was very easy
Math i am almost positive i got a perfect
Reading was pretty easy but I was a little rushed at the end
Science *** almost completely guessed on the entire last experiment…not enough time

Agreed for English, definitely another 36 for me on that section!
And I know for a fact I got at least 2 math questions wrong. It was a complete joke until the last 5 questions. So probs like 31-34
Reading Comp., I agree, was “rushed”. I finished just in time.
Science - agreed! It was brutal. Like, “my-life-is-over-omg-i-got-25-never-ever-getting-into-ivy” brutal.
If I owned a dunce cap, I would put it on. And meditate in the corner. Or cry… :'(

It would be nice for the science curve to seem suiting for once. It’s always so tough, and no one seems to do good. So far, I’ve only heard 2 people say they thought it was easy.

Until the last two experiments, it was fairly straight-forward. And then… ■■■.

Either way, it would be great to get a 34… xD

A 34 for Christmas would be wonderful. Like you guys have said, English and Math were good, Reading I nearly ran out of time… Science… well, I had NO idea on the one with electrons and metal! :(
