It’s just a regular interview, to get a glimpse on what applicants are really like. Some applicants with exceptional stuff to share that couldn’t fit on the app would benefit. For most people, though, it doesn’t help much.

I was reading the things necessary for admission into sca as freshman and found that u need to submit financial documents. does this have to be before submitting application or can it be done after getting admitted? urgent help guys!

help?

After submitting app but before you get accepted.

@GamerGal27 i forgot to mention I am international applicant. is it the same?
in this page: http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/firstyear/prospective/international.html
under Documentation of Financial Support it is written with application you have to submit the documents. can you clarify it?

Ah, I see. I believe many colleges require proof of financial support for International students only. It appears that is due at the same time as your application.

is there no other way? i saw that international people applying for graduate program do not need it. hows that so?
http://www.usc.edu/admission/graduate/international/financialsupport.html
Here, under Instructions for USC Scholarship Recipients - It is not necessary to submit a financial support statement in order to be considered for admission at USC. However, if admitted, it is in the student’s best interest to have the financial statement already on file so as to expedite the issuance of the I-20/DS-2019 during the peak application season.

I cant help but think WTH?! Gotta make some international calls asap.
