All of my scores are on my transcript, do I have to send them ALL?

I took:
March SAT
June ACT
Sept ACT (Did better than June ACT in all sections)
Oct SAT (I'm pretty sure I did better than March SAT in all sections)

My applications are due november first so I'm starting to get overwhelmed.

I was told if my more recent test scores are better that I should just send those instead of my past, worse scores. However, my three test scores are on my hs transcript (oct sat won't be on it, so i'm gonna have to send that one no matter what). On my applications, what should I put for my standardized test scores? Just my BETTER scores, or ALL of them? However, if I don't put down my past scores and then they show up on transcript, will colleges think it'll look "fishy"?

I just don't want to have to waste money on sending all these scores if I don't need to.

Ahhh, i'm confused.

Now I see from the College Board website that I can request to not have my scores on the transcript.

Q: Should SAT scores be reported on high school transcripts?

A: The SAT Program recommends that schools do not place SAT scores on students’ high school transcripts that are sent to colleges. Schools should encourage students to send official score reports to colleges. If a school still decides to send scores on a transcript, the SAT Program recommends that a school receive official consent from the student, parent or guardian before doing so.

But still, I don’t have any time to waste, and I feel like my administration would take forever to just take some scores off. I NEED to apply this week, what should I do?
