(Almost) Self studying AP Lang/COmp

<p>HI IM taking AP Lang/Comp as a junior in my hs.
My teacher teaches the class like its a AP Lit class...reading books and poems...not many essays.</p>

<p>Are the MC portion like the SAT I C/R or SAT II Lit?
How should I prepare for the essays?
HOw should I try to improve other than practice because at this stage I don't know anything about writing rhetorically at the AP Level</p>

<p>haha...i'm like the opposite..i'm a lit class..all we do is write essays..we read some books, but no poems..</p>

My school has 3 AP language teachers.
1: everybody has at least 107%, doesn't teach as well as my teacher. More HW tho
2: extremely good teacher....hard to get an A tho
3. My teacher doesnt teach AND its kinda hard to get an A...not as hard as teacher #2
