How do you setup a meeting with your local ALO? Do you go to the recruiter’s office?

After you complete your precandidate questionnaire and receive an official application packet, your ALO will contact you. I got a letter from mine, but only after I finished the bulk of the "official application."

How long do you have to wait until they process your Precan. Questionnaire?

it depends on how competitive you are

So if my class rank is 1/904 and I have a 4.0 GPA and my SAT scores are solid I should be competitive?

You are going to be evaluated using the "whole person concept". Your class rank and sat scores look good. You will also want the other bases covered. Did you attend summer seminar or will you make an Academic visit? Both things to consider.

Our DS got his letter about contacting his ALO @ the last week of June. He got his Dodmerb letter a few days later

I believe if you look online, you can find the ALO for your area with a little research.
