I have all A's besides my AP Calc BC class where I had a 70% last marking period and currently have about a 40% this marking period. I probably won't fail and I am doing the class for (P/F) so it doesn't count as a math credit at my school and doesn't count towards my GPA. I most likely will be able to pull off a 65% or something by semester, but if I don't will I for sure lose my admission to Syracuse? Or will they just ask me what happened.

Syracuse, as well as many other Universities have the right to withdraw their offers of acceptance for many reasons. Please read the admissions policies on the Syracuse website for any questions regarding grades, policies and procedures.

thats not a response. Obviously they have the right. The question is do you know how syracuse actually handles these type of issues, not what rights they reserve to themselves.

JSIMON, instead of scolding me, how about if you answer the question yourself if you find that my response is not what VIJ is looking for? It seems you know so well what he wants…and FYI I redirected VIJ to the website so that he could READ the information for himself first hand…Thank you so much for your concern…

vij, the University will ask why your grades are the way they are and depending on the reason, they may either decide to rescind their offer of admission or reason with you. Either way, you should be doing your absolute best to not put yourself in that situation. End of discussion.

Here’s the honest answer:

As long as you aren’t totally ****ing up every class, you’re absolutely fine.
