<p>so does anyone think alumni matters at psu. do you think it can tip a borderline student to an accepted one? espeically if it is a whole family?</p>
<p>Sorry to say this, but I don't think it will help. Just think of the immense number of PSU alumni out there. It would not be feasible to take that into consideration. (As a PSU alum, married to another PSU alum with one child currently going there....I hate to think that it will not help child #2, but we have to be realistic) Now, if you are talking an alumni family who has donated $$$$$$$ - and I mean mega$$ - that would probably make a difference!</p>
