Both of my parents are alumni of Columbia graduate schools (my dad went to College of Physicians and Surgeons and my mom attended the School of Nursing) by how much do my odds of admission improve at the college of Arts and Sciences, if at all? Just wondering....

Not much, unless they're big donors to P&S or something.

I don't even think that even counts as "legacy." To be a legacy, your parents have to have graduated from the particular college/school you're applying to. In your case, your parents would have be graduates of College College (the undergrad). To be a legacy at Columbia Law School, your parent(s) should have attended Columbia Law School. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
