<p>I got an email today saying that my application is finally in the process of being reviewed, since I was accepted to Cal. They’ll let people know if they’re Finalists by in May, but you can only be a Finalist if you submit your SIR to Cal.</p>

<p>why can’t they tell us before we submit our SIR? ugh.</p>

<p>^ If they give you a Finalist spot, but you’re not attending Cal, then that’s taking a spot from someone who will be going to Berkeley.</p>
