Am I a Freshman or Transfer??

<p>I'm not really sure weather or not I am a transfer since I am an International applicant.</p>

<p>I am currently enrolled in a 12 month prep program at a university (not a degree seeking student).
I am also redoing year 12 (part-time) due to an illness I had in my senior year of high school.
When freshman applications are due I am preparing for semester 1 exams (prep program).
When Transfer applications are due I would have just finished semester 1 exams. </p>

<p>This is the criteria set by one of the universities I am apply to of what a transfer applicant is:
• You have enrolled as a degree-seeking student at a college or university at any point after you received your high school diploma or the equivalent.
• You graduated from high school or received a high school diploma equivalent and subsequently enrolled in a college or university for more than half time.</p>

<p>You most certainly are not in a degree seeking program so for point one you are a freshman. It doesn’t sound like you are earning college credits, is that correct? </p>
