<p>Yes but not all weighted grades are the same. A student might take a loaded schedule with AP Calc BC, AP Bio, APUSH, and AP Computer Science and do well but not straight As, while another might take APES, AP Stats, AP Psychology, etc to inflate his GPA and win the valedictorian race.</p>
