Am i being paranoid about my future or do i have cause to be worried?

Please do not sugarcoat or set out to make me feel better if it is not true. here is my situation:

i'm a junior in high school and i am taking hardly advanced classes. I am taking normal classes except one honors, American Literature honors. Although i am making A's in my other classes, my grade in american lit honors is a frustrating 84 percent.
Unfortunately, i did not always make such marks in my classes.
In my freshman and sophomore years, i would consistently receive B's. I got one C and like 2 A's in each year. I did not take any honors/ap classes freshman and sophomore years.
Well my fresh and soph gpa is a 3.25 combined, not including my junior grades (cause im a junior right now).

i am planning to take 3 APs, 1 honors, and 1 normal class next year, my senior year, because unfortunately, junior year's classes kind of were a stepping stone to more advanced classes and the colleges i want to attend (UC system) don't take into account senior year..... making this all the more ironic and frustrating.
My schedule:

Math Analysis (basically pre calculus. not considered honors, or AP and next year i will take AP calculus AB)
Spanish 3 (next year i will take spanish 4 honors)
US History (next year i will take AP government/economics)
Physiology (next year i will take AP chemistry)
Advanced Drama (dead end.)
Am. Lit Honors (next year I'm going with regular English 4. however if i do miraculously well second semester, i'll consider taking english 4 ap).

the thing is, the UC system primarily concerns themselves with soph and jr years, and considering that my workload is not very advanced, i'm not sure if they would like me compared to others taking like 3,4,5,6 Aps junior year...

my sat score is a 2090, however i believe i can jump it to a 2210 or even a bit higher if i take it again this january. breakdown: 680 M, 690 CR, 720 W. if i try, I can get Math up to a 800 and CR may or may not break the 700 border. I believe it can though, as will the improvement of my Writing score.

i really want to attend UC san diego or UC berkeley. I just don't know if i'm up to par with their standards, again, i'm really worried about my less-than-impressive transcript EVEN if i get straight A's junior year because i calculated my hypothetical UC gpa, and if i make straight A's junior year, i'd still only have an UW 3.62 and W 3.69.

UCB would be a stretch. Dunno about UCSD. However, you seem pretty academically successful regardless. I’m sure you’ll have a solid collegiate career wherever you attend.
