i have a better question: How do you get A's in English with that grammar? "Am I doing well?" is the correct way, and if you're saying "like" in writing I can't imagine how much you must say it in person.

Wow, people...so what if he's using the word "good" incorrectly? It's just a message board.

I think your profile looks pretty good. I know you're in Key Club already, but maybe you could try to include more community service to make you stand out even more.

Also, make sure your essays make you sound totally different from everyone else. I know a really smart kid whose mother rescues abandoned ducks, and he has helped her for years. He wrote his essay on how he has helped her and how it has changed the way he looks at living creatures. He got into every Ivy he applied to, and even recieved written notes from the admissions office concerning his essay. If you can manage to write about something that unique, it will definitely improve your chances. :)

Thank you lavafrog for giving a useful post. Um I Guess I'm Sorry For having Bad Grammar(Sarcastic). This is just a message board. GET OVER IT. Gosh.

Well I still didn't take the SAT and the SAT 2's yet. But Freshman year I got a 1720 on a practice SAT. I think I'll improved from then.

To answer your question no I haven't done the AMC comps. It's not really a club. It's just that people go in and do a six question like brain teaser thing and then get their score two weeks later. I don't know if it's worth putting on college resumes.

I don't know if this helps but a 100% is a 4.3. So then I think I had like a 98 or something for sophmore year UW. Don't any other schools have this?
