I'm not sure if I'm cut out for engineering. I have a 3.18 gpa because I did not try in high school; I only tried in classes I liked. I've never gotten an A in math yet, once again because I haven't tried. Here's my math/science grades:

Math H.S. Career
Algebra I: C/B - didn't give 100% effort.
Geometry: B/B - didn't give 100% effort.
Algebra II/Trigonometry: C/B - didn't give 100% effort.
Precalculus B/A - didn't give 100% effort.

Science H.S. Career
Biology A/A
Chemistry A/A
AP Biology A/A
AP Chemistry D/C - gave up too early, but I think I could've done much better.

Most of these grades are because I was lazy sometimes and didn't get homework in, or I wasn't motivated to try. I plan on studying AP Calculus A/B and B/C over summer, and AP Physics A/B, and restudying AP Chemistry.

I'm doing chemical engineering at Purdue or Ohio State this year.
Thoughts?
