I will be a BE CSE graduate this year from a local college in India. Problem is i have not learned anything in this LOCAL college and i want to do my Graduation again, from some good College/University like Harvard, Stanford ,MIT.

So my question is... Is it possible for me to do this? Am I eligible? I will turn 22 this year

And if I am eligible then what is the procedure to Apply in these Universities?

Some colleges and universities do admit students who want to complete a second bachelor’s degree. However, you will need to have a major in a different field of study, and there will be no financial aid. It may make more sense for you to look for a Master’s degree program instead.

I have a similar problem. I’m a brazilian student, I did one term at a local College (it was an Multidisciplinar Bachelor), then I quit and applied again to the same College, but at a different major, Psychology. There, I spent one year and a half, but I was persecuted because I discovered serious fraud and corruption problems and unveiled those to the Federal Prosecutors. The persecution was so hard that I had to quit again and, desperate because I lost the academic life I loved, a few months later I started mywaytoharvard.com, a blog in which I report everything I do daily to be accepted at Harvard. Here at Brazil, it would be simple to just apply again to another College and, if I was good enough, I’d start from zero if I wanted to. What about in the US?

I’d be delighted to know what you think about it.

Is there Absolutely no way , that I can do my Graduation from Again from these Colleges?? I really want to do my Graduation again, Starting Again from Scratch??

Whether any college or university that you are interested in will admit you for a second bachelor’s degree is another thing. You have to visit the websites and read through their admissions policies. And, as I wrote above, there will be no financial aid. You will need to be able to pay the full cost of your studies either from your own funds or with a scholarship from an organization in your home country.

If you want to continue in a field closely related to your current degree, it makes more sense for you to pursue a post-graduate degree program instead. More colleges and universities will offer that option, and there is a significantly better chance of getting aid if you need it.
