Am I going to be admitted?

These are my stats:

28 ACT

3.53 GPA ( I had mostly A's junior year, and I am currently taking mostly AP')

I improved tremendously from the beginning of high school!

A lot of extracurriculurs

Stellar essays.

What are my chances after being deferred? Thanks

what major I’d u apply for? and is that gps weighted or
not weighted. your ACT is good.

I applied as undecided, and unfortunately, that is my weighted gpa because of freshman + sophomore year.

I stil think you’re good especially since you’re undecided. weighted GPA is still fine for general. it’s good that u went on an upward trend and not downward.

I heard that I only have a 50% chance of getting in, is this true? Do you know anyone who has been deferred initially and then accepted later?

I’ve only heard of being deferred then admitted. where did u hear that 50 percent chance cause that’s absolutely not true

i meant I’ve always heard of being deferred then admitted especially for general

Good luck. With similar stats my son was deferred then denied.

quill what college did he apply to…general…engineering…business?

You will get in. I was accepted with a 24 and 3.9 to DGS. Don’t worry.

I truly hope so. I know I can be a success any where I go, since my true potential has recently showed this year. Thanks for the support guys!

can someone please tell me if they got admitted after being deferred, or know someone who has?

What major did you apply as the first time you apply before being deferred?

I applied as undecided.

Has anyone been deferred than admitted? If so, please let me know!

My two friends were also deferred
One applied to ENG so they are probably scouting that field
Another one applied to DGS but he was really smart and mentioned he was interested in engineering in his essay, there could be a chance they are looking for a program for you.

I applied as undecided though, so they are not going to be looking for a program.

you’re fine I know plenty of people that have been deferred then admitted

Illinifan200583, can you please tell me the stats of your friends that were admitted later on? Thanks.

it was mostly to general studies so that would be you. I know one person that had a 24 on the ACT and a 3.5 GPA. all of these are my brothers friends so I don’t know the other stats but everyone he knew that was deferred was then admitted
