<p>If you completed all your prereqs and igetc you should be in. I don't think ucb communications is as impacted as ucla.</p>

<p>uhh... yea, people with 4.0s have been rejected to UCLA and Cal... just because you have a 4.0 doesn't mean you're guaranteed a spot at those schools</p>
