Hello
I moved from South Korea 5yrs ago to the states. I have a green card so I'm a permanent resident. I go to college here and have financial aid, but I'm not sure I"m an international student or not. I'm planning to transfer but some school says I need to take toefl b/c I don't have citizenship. Should I apply college as an international student?

ahha no if u have a green card you are not counted as an international student you are good as an American Citizen and u can apply for FAFSA

Is that mean I don't need to take toefl?

Why should an American Citizen take TOEFL???...

You've attended an American school for the last 5 years? Then you don't have to take the TOEFL.
